How does it work?
- Start your trade-in: Visit the PlayStation promotional page on Back Market and select "Start your trade-in now" or "Explore".
- Complete your trade-in: Follow the steps to trade in your PS4 on Back Market's website or app.
- Get your voucher: Once your Trade-in payment has been processed by the refurbisher, you'll receive a confirmation email with your $50 PlayStation Direct voucher.
- Shop on PlayStation Direct: Add a PS5 console, PS5 Pro console, bundle, or PS VR2 to your cart and apply your voucher at checkout.

How do I redeem my voucher on Playstation Direct?
- Add an eligible item to your cart on direct.playstation.com.
- Select "PROMO CODE".
- Enter your voucher code.
- Select "APPLY".
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
How can I track my PlayStation Direct order?
Once your order ships, PlayStation will email you a tracking number. To track your order:
- Log in to your PlayStation Direct account.
- Go to your order details and select "Track my order".
- You can also sign up for text notifications about your order status and delivery.

What can I buy with the voucher?
The voucher gives you $50 off PS5 consoles, PS5 Pro consoles, bundles, or PS VR2s purchased at direct.playstation.com. The voucher cannot be used on:
- Pre-orders
- PS5 Digital Edition
- Accessories or games
- Items combined with other offers
When does the program end?
The program runs until December 31, 2026.
When does my voucher expire?
Your voucher expiry date will be in your payment confirmation email. The table below shows the expected expiry date based on when you shipped your trade-in device.
