Wrong Keyboard on my iPhone/iPad

Issue:

Your iPhone / iPad is not in the right language or the keyboard is not the right one (for example AZERTY instead of QWERTY)

Solution:

1. Go to Settings
2. Then in General
3. Then click on Keyboard
4. Click on Keyboards again
5. Click on Add New keyboard
6. Select the keyboard you want to add
7. To change the keyboard, in an editing screen, touch the globe icon 🌐 for a few seconds.
8. Click on the keyboard you want to use.
