We want to be as quick as possible when we receive your order so it isn't always possible to change the address or shipping option once you confirm.
It's always worth a try though and the best way is to contact your seller as soon as possible:
- Sign in to your Back Market account.
- Go to the "My Orders" page.
- Scroll down to the order number you wish to contact your seller for and click into the "Ask for help" button.
- Follow the prompts that fit your reason for getting in contact with the seller.
You can also contact your merchant directly by logging into your customer account.
