Opening a service request with the seller on your order is super easy. Just follow the steps below and you'll be chatting it up with your seller in no time:
1. Log in to your Back Market account,
2. Click on "My Orders"
3. Scroll down to the order you need help with and click on the "Contact seller for Help" button
4. Select the categories that best describe why you're reaching out to the seller and you're all set! 😊
Once you've submitted your request, the seller will contact you within 1 business day with instructions and any info you might need for your request to be processed.
If the seller is unresponsive or isn't offering a resolution within Back Market guidelines, please contact the Back Market Customer Service team directly via this contact form. Back Market will then intervene at your request in the event of a dispute with the seller. 🍭
