Not at all. All devices sold on Back Market are covered by the same legal guarantees and sellers’ commercial warranty.
What about CE marking?
Back Market requires that all sellers meet the safety standards required for CE marking. Sellers have confirmed that the devices they sell on Back Market are compliant with these standards.

What if my device has different features?
Devices from outside the EU might have minor differences compared to EU models. But rest assured, they shall still meet all regulatory requirements and Back Market’s quality standards. Most importantly, they must be fully compatible with EU networks and 100% safe to use.
For example, FaceTime Audio may not be available on iPhones from certain regions, but FaceTime video is fully available. If you’re specifically looking for voice calls, the device will still support free apps like WhatsApp, Signal, and others
