For all devices
- Make sure your wireless network provider plan is active.
- Restart your device (iPhone, iPad or Samsung phone).
- Check if there are any network provider settings updates:
- Go to “Settings” > “General” > “About”.
- If an update is available, a prompt will show up. Select “OK” or “Update”.
- Remove your SIM card from the SIM card tray using a paper clip or a SIM-eject tool and then reinsert it, being careful to close it. If you’re using a SIM tray from a different device, that could be the issue.
- Try another SIM card:
- If you don’t have one handy, go to your provider’s store to test one – you may just need to replace your SIM card.
