Whether your plan renews automatically depends on the plan you selected at checkout.
- Plans purchased before July 8th will not renew automatically. They will end at the term originally agreed upon.
- Plans purchased on or after July 8th may renew automatically depending on the plan type you selected. If your plan renews, you will be billed for another year and your coverage continues without interruption.
If you are unsure whether your plan is eligible for automatic renewal, you can check your plan details directly in the Protection Plan section of your account.
How to opt out or cancel
You can opt out ahead of your renewal date at any time from the Protection Plan section of your account.
Please note that once your plan has renewed, cancellation is only possible within the 30 day withdrawal period. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund.
