If you realize that the address provided at the time of purchase is not the right one, or if you have simply changed your mind about the address to which your package was delivered, it is complicated to contact the repacker.
Our sellers have likely already started to work on your order so the best thing to do is to request to cancel and then place another order with the correct address.
⚠️ - The seller has the right to cancel a transaction in case of a change of address.
If you need to cancel your order:
- Sign in to your Back Market account.
- Go to the "My Orders" page.
- Scroll down to the order number you wish to contact your seller for and click into the "Ask for help" button.
- Click on "I want to cancel/return my order".
*Please note that by doing this, your order is not automatically canceled and you need to receive confirmation from the seller first.*
