You have sent a message to the seller to return your order, but they are refusing your return. What next?😒
Check that your request meets the return conditions described in the guide:
I would like to return my product.
- You have made your return request within 30 days of delivery.
- The product and its packaging are intact. The goods can be re-marketed.
- You have made a reservation on your delivery note or you have contacted the seller within 48 hours of delivery.
- You have attached a photo of the defect found to the message sent to the seller.
If you do not receive a response from the seller within these time limits, you must notify Back Market of your dispute. We will answer you as soon as possible.
