In the case where you have sent a message to the merchant to return your order but the merchant has refused your return.😒
Check that your request meets the return conditions described in the article :
I would like to return my product.
- You have made your return request within 14 days of delivery.
- The product and its packaging are intact. The goods can be re-marketed.
- You have made a reservation on your delivery note or you have contacted the merchant within 48 hours of delivery.
- You have attached a photo of the defect found to the message sent to the merchant.
If you do not receive a response from the merchant within these time limits, you must notify BackMarker of your dispute. We will answer you as soon as possible.
