Ideally, this damage should be reported to the reconditioner upon receipt of your product. For this, we will ask you to declare as soon as possible (within 72 hours maximum following receipt) the deterioration of the contents of the package. You must attach to your message one or several photos as proof of the defect(s) found.

It is very important to leave a detailed message communicating ALL the defective issues for the device.
The seller will respond to you within 1 business day and they are required to provide you with a pre-paid return label.
