As a reminder, Back Market is a marketplace that connects you with the professional reconditioner who puts his ads online. The reconditioner is your merchant, shipper and after-sales service manager for your product. Back Market is the intermediary and assists you in the event of a dispute with the merchant.
To contact the reconditioner, simply:
- Log in to your Back Market customer account: you can do this directly from your Back Market customer account.
- Click on the red "Get Help" button below the summary of the order in question
- Click on the thumbnails corresponding to the problem(s) encountered with your order and leave a message as complete and complete as possible
Once the request is submitted, the reconditioner will give you instructions and/or details within 24 business hours to arrange for your request to be processed.
If the reconditioner's response seems incomplete, inappropriate to the situation or if it is unsatisfactory, please contact Back Market Customer Service by directing you to the Help Center on our site and click on the "I still help" button at the end of an article.
Back Market will then intervene at your request in the event of a dispute with the reconditioner. 🍭
