If you have any questions related to your order please do not hesitate to contact the seller from your Back Market account. The seller will do their best to answer you as soon as possible.
Return procedure
Customers who cannot return their parcel because of the lockdown starting the 5th of November, are allowed to return it at the official end of confinement. Their warranty and withdrawal delay remain frozen in the meantime.
For instance, if you declared a technical issue on your device the 5th of November and if the return is possible after the 1st of December, then your warranty delay will be extented by 25 days.
