To track your package, go to the My Orders page in your Back Market account, then scroll down to the order you're looking to track and click on "Show more details" for that order.
- Is your order still being prepared?
Sellers have 1 business day to ship your order (2 business days for larger items).
If it has been longer than 1 business day, then you can reach out to the seller via your customer account in "My Orders" page (if you're not sure how to do this click on the "Get help" button available in your Back Market customer area).
*Attention* for major appliances, shipping and delivery times can take longer.
- Has your order been shipped?
The seller will provide the tracking number and the carrier used to ship your order. Click on the link in your account to follow the progress of your order.
If there is no movement on your tracking number yet, please wait 24 hours as it can take a while to be updated.
- Exceptional cases:
