What does the Battery Replacement Service cover?
The Battery Replacement Service covers one battery replacement, carried out by Evy's repair centre via an express mail-in service. The replacement battery is high-performance and rigorously tested for safety and durability.
The service includes:
- One battery replacement (one use only)
- Free two-way shipping via a prepaid label provided by Evy
- Repair completed within 3 business days of Evy receiving your device
The service doesn't cover:
- Any repair other than a battery replacement
- More than one replacement per plan
How much does the Battery Replacement Service cost?
The cost of the Battery Replacement Service depends on your product category and ranges from £39 to £49 (a one-time fee paid at the time of subscription).
When can I use my Battery Replacement Service?
You can submit a battery replacement claim between month 6 and month 24 after your purchase date (no earlier than 6 months after purchase and no later than 24 months after purchase).
- Claims submitted before month 6 won't be accepted
- Claims submitted after month 24 won't be accepted

How do I make a battery replacement claim?
- Through your Back Market customer account, under "Protection Plans"
- Via the confirmation email you received after subscribing to the Battery Replacement Service
To submit a claim:
- Go to your Back Market customer account and navigate to "Protection Plans", or open the confirmation email from your Battery Replacement Service subscription and select the link to Evy's portal.
- Log in to Evy's client portal.
- Open your Battery Replacement Service contract.
- Fill in the required information, including your device's purchase receipt.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to arrange the shipment of your device.
- Evy will email you a prepaid shipping label at no extra cost — use it to send your device directly to Evy's repair centre.
- Evy will complete the battery replacement within 3 business days of receiving your device and return it to you.
Can I cancel my Battery Replacement Service plan and get a refund?
Yes, the Battery Replacement Service plan can be cancelled with a full refund in the following two situations:

Withdrawal within the first 30 days of subscribing
If you're within the first 30 days of your subscription, you're eligible for a full refund. To withdraw:- Log in to your Back Market customer account.
- Navigate to "Protection Plans".
- Select the withdrawal button on your Battery Replacement Service plan.
- Device returned and refunded before month 6
If you return your device to the seller and receive a full refund before your battery replacement eligibility begins (before month 6 after purchase), you'll also receive a full refund for your Battery Replacement Service plan.
