If we need to verify your identity to resolve a blocked transaction or delivery dispute, we may ask for supporting documents. To make this faster, we use a secure "live identity check" provided by Onfido, if you've consented via our consent pop-up.
Starting your verification:
- On the Onfido page, select "Start verification".
- Enter your personal details:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address (must match the one used in your Account Opening Form)
- Nationality
- Select "Continue".
- Select "Get Secure Link" to proceed with verification on your mobile device.
- Use your phone to scan the QR code shown on the screen. Alternatively, you can:
- Select "Copy link" to open it manually on your phone, or
- Select "Get link via SMS" to receive it by text.
- On your mobile browser, tap "Continue" to begin.
- Select the country that issued your ID and choose the type of ID you want to use.
- Grant camera access when prompted.
- Capture clear photos of your ID:
- Take a photo of the front side.
- Take a photo of the back side.
- Take a selfie:
- Face the camera directly.
- Make sure your eyes are clearly visible.
- Remove glasses if necessary.
- Verify your address:
- Select the country that issued the document reflecting your current home address.
- Choose the type of document you'll upload for proof of address.
- Upload your document by selecting an image from your gallery, taking a photo, or uploading a file.
- Once complete, select "Upload" to submit your verification.
