Monthly subscription plans, purchased directly from our partner, Evy, are available for certain device categories. You can subscribe to an insurance policy at a lower upfront cost and keep it for up to 60 months (minimum contract of 12 months).

What does the monthly subscription plan cover?
The monthly subscription plan has the same coverage as the plans with a one-time payment.
When is the payment due for monthly plans?
The payment is due on the same day of the month as your purchase.
What items is the monthly plan available for?
The monthly plan is currently available for only certain product categories. You can see eligible offers for each product directly in your cart.
How can I update my payment method?
If your payment failed, you will receive an email to update your payment method in the next 14 days following your payment failure.
Once you receive this email, you can update your payment method in your account, under the insurance section.
It’s not currently possible to update your payment details proactively, but there are no penalties for a missed payment.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment you’ll have 50 days to pay the amount due before the plan is automatically terminated. No late fees are charged for missed payments.
Can I still open a claim with Evy if I’ve missed a payment?
Yes, you can still open a claim with Evy even if you’re behind on your payments (as long as 50 days have not passed since the first missed payment). However, Evy may not address your claim until you have settled the amount due.
How long does the coverage last?
The monthly plans are available for a minimum of 12 months and can be kept for up to 60 months, after which the contract will end. Evy doesn't currently offer the option to renew it once the contract ends.
What payment methods are available?
Monthly plans can be paid for by credit or debit card, PayPal and Apple Pay. In any case, available payment methods will be displayed at cart level.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel or terminate my Evy insurance?
Within the first 30 days of your purchase, you can cancel your insurance for any reason with a full refund of all fees paid. Log in to your Evy customer account to process the cancellation.
After 30 days, depending on your specific contract terms, different conditions may apply. You may contact Evy directly through your Evy customer account for all questions relating to the management of your insurance coverage.
