To cancel your Protection Plan, access your account and select the plan you want to cancel. Here's how:
Log in to your Back Market account > "Protection plans".
Select your plan > "Cancel plan" > "Confirm my cancellation".
How do I turn off automatic renewal for my Protection Plan?
You can turn off automatic renewal at any time:
Log in to your Back Market account > "Protection plans".
Select your plan > "Payment details" > "Cancel auto-renewal".
When am I eligible for a Protection Plan refund?
You'll receive a full refund only if you cancel your plan within the first 30 days after purchase, provided that you haven't used any of your plan's claims or benefits.
Outside of the 30-day withdrawal period, you can cancel at any time, but refund eligibility depends on your plan and situation:
Annual plans: You may receive a pro-rata refund for unused months if you cancel before the end of your plan period, where applicable.
Monthly plans: You won't receive a refund for previous months, but you'll stop being charged for future months.
