Check your case or protective film
Remove any protective film or case to determine whether they’re blocking one or more buttons.
Check for dirt or debris
A lot of times, dirt and gunk are the cause of a faulty button. Check for signs of dirt or debris around the buttons and gently clean them with a soft cloth. Always opt for a soft cloth as this will prevent any damage. Other types of fabrics can be too harsh to use on your phone.
