What if my promo code has a higher value than my order?
The price of your order needs to be more than the promo code amount. If not, any extra value from your code will be lost. Consider adding a refurbished accessory to your order.
What if I forgot to add my promo code to my order?
Unfortunately, promo codes can't be applied to orders you've already placed. Save it for your next order.

What if my order was canceled or refunded after I used a promo code?
Unfortunately promo codes are non refundable unless otherwise provided.
That said, if your order was canceled by the seller, your promo code will be reactivated. If you need help reactivating your promo code, open a conversation in your Back Market account > "Orders" > "Get help".
Can I use a promo code more than once?
Most promo codes are single-use. This means that if your order is refunded, you won't be able to use the code again.
